Cancellation Policy
At Color Plus we require 24-hour notice for cancellation or to reschedule any existing appointments. All no-show or less than 24-hour notice cancelled appointments will be charged 50% of the service booked, as well as 15% gratuity of the total service charge. Appointments made within the 24-hour period are subject to the same guidelines as stated above.
